If you don’t really need the heat, you can save money with an unheated unit. We have great variety of heated storage, which are very nice and warm. However, many things (including furniture, clothes, books, and records) don’t require heat.

At Best Storage you pay only for the time you are with us. If you move out in the middle of the month, we prorate your rent and give you a refund. Most storage facilities charge rent one month in advance; and when you more out they keep any unused rent.
